The Institute of Traditional Karate-do and Performing Arts comprises of:

• A matted practice area 12m X 11m with a mirrored wall and wall bars.
• A further matted practice area 12m X 7m
• Sauna
• Changing facilities (Male and Female) with showers
• Fitness suite
• Kitchen Facilities (Staff available on request)

The Institute is an ideal venue for all types of Martial Arts classes, Yoga and Fitness Classes.
