The Institute of Traditional Karate-do is the Honbu Dojo of the Okinawan Traditional Goju Ryu Karate-do Association. Click here for the OTGKA site. The aim of the Institute is to encourage the development of character, community, fitness and mental well being through the physical practice of traditional karate-do. We welcome all people regardless of age, background or ability. Classes are run by Sensei George Andrews, IOGKF Chief Instructor for England (7th Dan), for both adults and children. In addition to traditional karate-do, classes for children in circus skills and acrobatics are available. The Institute is situated at
